Nouveau casque de chez SDS : on passe de 1.5kg à 500g !

New helmet by SDS : the old one was 1.5kg, this one is only 0.5kg !

Nouveau pauldron : j'ai retiré la partie cuir rouge qui s'effritait et se décollait pour faire quelque chose de plus lisse en worbla.

New pauldron : I cut off the red leather part that was old and crapy to make something smooter out of worbla.

Après l'EIB, j'ai modifié une nouvelle fois l'armure pour atteindre une meilleure ressemblance.

After EIB, I updated the armor once again to be more accurate.

J'avais commandé l'arme principale chez un américain puis je l'ai monté et peinte chez moi.

I ordered the main weapon from an american friend and build it at home.

Une fois l'armure validée, j'ai voulu passer au critère supérieur : EIB (un peu plus ressemblant aux références).
Pour cela, des modifications sur l'épaulette et le reste de l'armure étaient nécessaires.

Once I was validated into the 501st Legion, I decided to get the EIB badge.
For that, I needed to update a bit the pauldron and some of the armor parts.

J'ai également fait un petit shooting pour voir la mobilité.

I also did a little photoshoot to see the mobility of the armor.

Revenons en arrière : 2010.
Je pris une grande décision : avoir une armure de Stormtrooper. Mais, n'aiment pas le classique blanc immaculé de tous les storms (TK), je parcourais les images google pour tomber là dessus :

I made a great decision : get my own Stormtrooper armor. But, has I don't like the glossy white ones, I searched over google images for a special one when I found this :
